At NEXOR, customer satisfaction is important to us. As a print-on-demand (POD) brand, every product is custom-made specifically for each order. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Print-on-Demand Policy
All NEXOR products are manufactured after an order is placed. Because our products are custom-made, refunds, returns, and exchanges are only accepted in the following situations:

Manufacturing defects

Damaged products received

Wrong product delivered

Incorrect size shipped by NEXOR
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect size selection by the customer.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not started.
As a print-on-demand brand, production typically begins within 24 hours of order confirmation. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
3. Exchange Policy
We prioritize product replacement or exchange whenever possible.
Eligible exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
If approved, we will replace the product with the correct item, size, or a similar available product, subject to stock availability.
If the replacement item is unavailable, NEXOR will provide a full refund to the original payment method.
4. Size Exchange Policy
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before placing an order.
Size charts are available on every product page.
Size exchanges are only eligible when:

The size received does not match the size stated on the product tag.

NEXOR ships an incorrect size.
Ordering the wrong size does not qualify for an exchange or refund.
5. Proof Requirement
To process a refund or exchange request, customers must provide:

Clear photos and/or videos of the product

Images showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Order number and purchase details
Supporting evidence must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may be declined following review by our support team.
Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may not be eligible for processing.
6. Refund Policy
If an exchange is not possible or the customer prefers not to receive a replacement, an eligible refund may be requested.
Refunds are only available for:

Manufacturing defects

Products damaged during transit

Wrong product delivered

Verified quality issues
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval and, in all cases, within the timelines required under applicable Indian laws.
7. Shipping Costs
For approved claims involving manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect products sent by NEXOR, return shipping costs will be covered by NEXOR.
For all other approved return requests, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
8. Non-Eligible Cases
The following situations are not eligible for refund or exchange:

Incorrect size ordered by the customer

Change of mind after purchase

Normal wear and tear

Product damaged after use

Washed, altered, or modified products

Missing original packaging or tags, except in cases involving verified manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect products delivered by NEXOR

Requests submitted after the applicable claim period
9. Grievance Redressal
NEXOR is committed to resolving customer concerns fairly and promptly.

Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt.

Every effort will be made to resolve complaints within 30 days from the date of receipt.

11. Fair Review of Claims
NEXOR will review all claims fairly, transparently, and in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Valid claims relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products will be handled appropriately after verification.
